「I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! Very clean, nicely appointed, super comfy bed and room-darkening curtains, all very much appreciated. Scripture verses framed throughout the space brought great comfort! Nice, quiet location and quick walk to downtown Noblesville for an early morning stroll and breakfast. Will stay here again!」

「Kitchen had no toaster. Kitchen sink was very dirty. Coffee pot was very dirty, still had water in it from??? We had to wash it thoroughly before using. Overall the house had a strange smell to it, do t know if it was from cleaning products or what. Bathroom sink was dirty, soap dispenser was dirty and the shower was discussing! Sheets in one bedroom had something g white on them in two places. Would not stay here again; needs a good cleaning.」

「Really comfortable and could have stayed longer but then I might risk falling in love with the place. Love the brick wall interior, tastefully decorated with color and a modern but warm feel.
Try the crab cakes at the steak place just a few doors down. 」

「Worth the price overall. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. It's an old house with some quirks, but fine overall. Would've been nice to have a full sized fridge. Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope.」

「The property location is excellent. Close to campus and things to do downtown. One draw back is that because it is close to campus weekends can get loud. Parking is in the back of the house. The entrance for the apartment is in the front of the house. Which meant we had walk through the side yard (in the grass) that made it difficult for rolling luggage.
