Great area, great parking, very clean and comfortable. Slept great and relaxed with a great cup of coffe in the morning. Owner communication was very kind and considerate. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent host! Great place to stay!

We stayed there for two nights to attend a concert at the Ruoff Music Center. We were less than 10 minutes from the event.The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a stay and extremely clean. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any messages. Great overall experience with this property! Will definitely stay here for future events!

Great Place to Stay for a Concert

Picked this spot as it was relatively close to the Ruoff center. Nice clean place in a very nice neighborhood. Hosts were very helpful. Will look to book again when going to more concerts!

Nice safe neighborhood

Property was clean and modern. They supplied kcups, creamer, and bottled water which was a nice touch. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Rouff Music Center makes it a nice location. Very enjoyable experience.

Great experience

This property is perfect for one or two people. It’s new and the space has everything you need. Nice work desk, relaxing couch, and comfortable bed. The host gave detailed instructions and was very responsive. My stay could not have gone better.

Great stay

The property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The listing stated there was an oven so we brought all of our own groceries to make dinner. When we arrived there was no oven. I messaged the owner and he went out and bought us a hot plate! It worked for what we needed it for and we appreciate that he did that. It would have been complete if there were plates, bowls and cups. Luckily we made it work but I would recommend you stock that stuff so the guests dont have to worry about it!

We stayed here instead of driving home after a concert. This is a great place to stay, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean with a private entrance and it looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean place. Perfect for an overnight stay. Quiet throughout the night, although the family could be heard in the morning. It wasn’t a big deal because it remained quiet until we awoke. Only suggestion is to place some hooks in the bathroom in order to hang towels. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Ruoff Center concert

We really enjoyed our stay. This is so close to the Ruoff Center That it was cheaper to Uber to and from the concert than to pay high parking fees and fight the traffic. Well worth it. Well, equipped, small apartment and clean!
