"I am not one to ever complain, but this hotel did not live up to its expectations. The pictures shown are not an accurate depiction of the hotel. The pool is nonfunctional and has no water in it. The grounds are unkept. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well and there was hair everywhere. No shampoo in the shower. I had booked the room for 2 nights and they had deactivated our room keys after 1 night’s stay. I will say, the staff was friendly. "

"Very convenient location between Wake Forest and Raleigh. Economical space for our extended stay, spacious rooms and pet-friendly! Hostess very responsive when needs arose. Apartment access is through an app/digital key, so follow the thorough instructions provided before check-in. Third bedroom is not a private space and kitchen supplies are sparse. Overall good experience! Made friends at the Local 919 Beer and Wine bar on the first floor! "

"The breakfast was good however, they need more staff to assist with keeping the food refilled properly. The breakfast staff told me that it’s worst on the weekends then during the week. The hot tub water was murky but the pool was fine. Overall, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. "
