They have newly renovated and it was great ideas implemented. Sturdy beds for larger guests,full fridge and two electric glass top burners. I would stay again. The room was clean and had plenty of space for your things everywhere, even space under the beds for storing.

We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean and big. The smell in the hallway from all the dogs on the floor was pretty bad. The dogs barked almost constantly. And at night the people in the room next to me and above me made so much noise. It was hard to sleep with so much going on.

A refreshed property and the room itself was in good condition. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and some staff were helpful. However, hallway and room cleanliness could be improved, and several standard amenities were missing (no in-room coffee maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, or blackout curtains). The lack of blackout curtains especially impacted sleep. Overall, not a bad stay, but more consistency in cleanliness and basic amenities would improve the experience.

I love that this hotel is pet friendly! Also the bed was very comfortable and check-in was fast and friendly. The area around the property could use a little clean-up. I didn't love walking my dog around the beer cans and broken beer bottles left by other guests.

Good Quality for the Price

Check in was fast and easy. There was a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and a microwave in the room. The price was affordable and the staff provide excellent customer service. This place is hidden gem.
