There is a small grocery store on the road headed out toward the main road which was also very convenient for all of our needs! "La chica del front desk no es muy amable ni amigable q digamos, menos mal q me atendió otro chico muy amable. El q estaba en turno en front desk el domingo, era peor q la chica. Le pregunte a q hora abria el gimnasio, no sabia, le pedimos las toallas para la piscina y nos trató muy mal. Al momento de hacer checkout, le dijo a mi esposo y cito: ”renuncio ahora, q te atienda quien te tenga q atender” y cogio su telefono, se fue y dejo el turno con una fila larguisima. Otra cosa q no sabiamos, ya q estamos acostumbrados a q en otros hoteles hacemos checkout y podemos quedarnos en la piscina, aqui no se puede. En cuanto a los cuartos y facilidades, estan excelentes!"
