「Amazing service, beautifully house」

「チェックイン時スイート予約なのにスタンダードの部屋に通された。 部屋が違うと指摘したら、すぐには通されず、フロントスタッフはマネージャーを呼んで部屋の予約状況を説明して代われたが、その際不手際の言い訳も謝りもなかった。 二日目の朝食時一人用の席のナプキンがここだけ布ではなく、紙ナプキンだった。二日間で７回外出したが帰って来てノックしてすぐに扉を開けたのは２回だけ酷いときは５分ぐらい何回もノックし、それでも開けないので外のセキュリティーが携帯で呼び出して要約開けてもらった。 設備は良いがスタッフは酷すぎる。２度目は無い。」

「Perfect location in the heart of Getsemani. We were able leave the house and have a wide range of food choices less than a 10 minute walk away. The host was very accommodating we asked for a microwave and help with a speaker in the house and he had someone at our door with the microwave and assistance in about five minutes!! Great location for a trip with friends.」

「Amazing location and roof top deck for sunrise and sunsets on the old wall. Walking distance to Puerta 3 in the marina, where all the boat trips leave. Well decorated with clean well maintained essentials and good water pressure. The AC in the rooms and fans were life savers.
