"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but the room was tatty and in need of some improvements. The curtains did not cover the window, the toilet seat was broken, the furniture was old and scruffy. It could have been cleaner."

But what really won me over was the location; you're right in the middle of Alsancak, one of the most vibrant parts of the city. Perfect base for exploring İzmir. Would 100% stay again."

"This hotel deserves better management! *we came to hotel by car from another city, we found the entrance of the building by navigation, it was during the rush hours and finally when we came, we saw a big construction area written that "sorry we are renewing our lobby area"! so then what? there is no sign, no employee! we started to turn around the building and streets and lucky found the entrance to hotel trough their convention center. I inform the chek-in employee that it was problem for me, they should inform their customers before check in ; he replied "I will transfer your complain to management" that's all ! Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry " the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building. "

"There is no parking available. The water barely gets warm after waiting 5 minutes. One of the 3 front officers is very unsupportive . The shower does not have a shelf to put your stuff while bathing. The walls look dirty. The towels are clean but very old."
