Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

It was ok. Checkout was ok. But follow-up is awful. No receipt for payment. Pending charge still today with the extra 20 added. How long does it take to check out a room for damage?
I will not be staying there again.
