"We have just spent two wonderful nights at this delightful hotel. Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. Our room provided everything we could wish for and more (two showers anyone?! Wow!). Great location with easy access to Balmoral and Manly beaches, and only a short drive from the city centre and airport. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Will gladly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we ever return to the area. "A beautifully aesthetic room with great amenities alongside a relaxing common room where we had great late night chats. Location was a major plus being so closed to the beach erased the stress about parking. I got to mee some of the locals and staff members who were nothing but lovely."

"Excellent stay. Checkin staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but functional for a 3 day stay. My only criticism is the shower overflowed onto the floor each time we used it. But that is more of a design issue than anything. It didnt impact us at all. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of options. Great location. Will stay again."
