Take in views of the surrounding scenery from the third-story rooftop deck. Interior highlights include upscale appliances and updated decor. Additional features include a wraparound deck on the second level, a covered carport patio, and an expansive fenced yard. Travel two miles to spend the day at Rockport Beach. A plethora of shops, restaurants, and local attractions are within an easy 10-minute walk.

After a day at the beach, relax in the well-lit living area, furnished with a sofa and three chairs. Watch a new movie on the 65-inch cable TV. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and a wine storage area. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

Rest easy in the primary suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 48-inch cable TV. An exquisite en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and a garden-style soaking tub. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a 43-inch TV, while the third guest room includes a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and 32-inch cable TV. A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include beach toys, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a gas grill.

Gaze out at the coastal landscape from the third-story rooftop deck. A full-size hanging mattress gives you the option for an outdoor sleeping experience. Dine alfresco on the wraparound second-story deck, furnished with table seating for six. Additional seating for six is available at the picnic table on the ground-level covered carport.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
