- The lawn is serviced on Tuesdays and pool maintenance is done on Fridays. During high season, pool maintenance will occur twice a week. Guests will be notified of the pool maintenance days

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front right corner of the home facing the lower deck, 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the pool, and 1 camera is located by the exterior staircase facing the stairs.
