「Beds were very comfortable and it was in a good location. The hotel is a little outdated. Rooms could use remodeling and the couch in our room needs to be replaced because it was dirty and no one wanted to sit on it. Staff was very friendly and we got vouchers for a free alcoholic drink which we did take advantage of. The indoor pool is just split between the outdoor pool, which made the water really cold since it was cold the night we stayed. Would I stay here again? Probably not for the price...

「Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」

「The hotel is a 2.5 star, and the facilities are on that level. Given that, I had no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was cuter and more fun than in some four star hotels I've stayed in with its nice patio and grill.」
