Great place! The pictures don't do it justice! Comfortable beds, great roomy living/hang out area and we loved the pool area which was mostly shaded. We enjoyed it and will return.

We really enjoyed out stay, the house was nicely decorated and had plenty of parking. The only feedback I would give to help future guests is to be more transparent about the golf cart included. It was not clear that it is only included for one day and not for the entire stay, regardless of how many days you rent. I paid a little more than I wanted for the house because I thought it would even out if I didn't have to rent a golf cart, that was not the case.

Excellent off-beach location just a short golf cart ride from beach access. Well-built house with all the expected amenities. Pool and outdoor games like cornhole were great. Would definitely visit again. Management was responsive and provided a golf cart for first day free.

First time renting here and it was a great rental. We chose this rental for the private pool that was enjoyed by all. This was for our annual beach trip for our parents birthdays. Overall great place location and perfect rental. We I'll be back next year!!

We visited with family and friends and we all had a nice, comfortable bed to sleep in. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and check in was super easy. A golf cart was provided for the first 24hrs which was super convenient to get around. All essentials are provided. We did not use the pool during our stay and it's pretty small but nice to have during warmer weather.

We received multiple text/email with information and check in procedures. Had golfcart for 24hrs....it was nice. We paid for the heated pool, especially enjoyed in the late evening after a day at the beach. All amenities worked great, kitchen was very well stocked with food processor, coffee pot, blender, charcoal smoker and propane grill. Had a few utensils for grill and many utensils. We brought our own grilling utensils and mot due to other review recommended.......We did use the vacuum a few times. Washer and dryer worked great. The refrigerator icemaker did not work well, called office and the repairman was there with a new filter the next day..worked fine after the change out. The MGMT company was great...Life in Paradise. Only complaint was I called, about 2wks prior to check in to secure the golf cart for the week and they stated they had none available...yet they text me a few days prior asking if I wanted to extend golf cart?? When we arrived, their lot was full of golf carts and the whole time we were there....so a bit frustrating. Highly recommend this property

Property was not cleaned and filtration system for the pool was set to turn on from 10:00 pm - 0700 am, instead of 0700 am - 10:00 pm. Call property manger who never resolved the issued. There was a lot of items broken or damaged in the house. Sitting was limited due to broken or dirty chairs. After I did extensive cleaning on the property, I left I paid someone to clean their property. 😔

This is a new home that is tastefully decorated. The pool was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed it, although it needed cleaning. Having the golf cart was very convenient. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation.

Awesome beach house to rent everything was very clean and they had everything in this house. Loved that it had a washer/dryer so i would not have to bring our wet clothes back home all wet. Overall my family and I loved it. We had a great time. Definetly recommend this to anyone out there looking to have a great time with family.

Beautiful cozy vacation home for out first trip to Port A! Photos were accurate. Clean, comfortable and easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend renting a golf cart and heating the pool for a March trip.
