This home is located in Coral Reef community less than five miles from
Rockport beach. Balmy sea breezes await on the deck, and a coastal color
palette welcomes you inside. There is plenty of room to park cars and a
boat underneath the home, and a boat washing station is available in the
neighborhood.
The shared pool is a short walk and is great for cooling off. Rockport’s
fishing and restaurants are a short drive.

This inviting home features a light-filled living area, wood floors, and
high ceilings. Unwind into vacation mode in the living room with a 50” flat
screen TV (you will find a tv in each bedroom too) after a fun-filled day
at the beach. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances,
including a French door fridge. Keurig coffee maker, dishes, and plenty of
room to entertain. A kitchen bar and a table that seats six for fresh fish
dinner or a fun night of games with family.
This home sleeps up to eight guests in three good size bedrooms. The master
has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combo.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the third bedroom has two
twin-over-twin bunk beds for the kids. There is a pack -n- play for the
little one, so no need to bring one. Also, a large dog bed available to
keep pups comfy. Step outside to the spacious deck to enjoy the bay view
and Gulf breeze on the two deck chairs. Baby gate is provided for keeping
the kids or pups safe on the deck. A big gas grill in front of the
expansive carport area.

Rockport is a peaceful beach getaway, not crowded, great fishing, great
food, and local shopping and events. The Texas Maritime Museum and the
Fulton Mansion are 7 miles from your door. Birdwatchers will want to take
their binoculars to the Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary within three miles.
Fulton Fishing Pier, Lighthouse Lakes, Goose Island State Park, and Conn
Brown Harbor are all great fishing places and close to the home.
H-E-B and Walmart are a short drive in town, great for stocking up and
fishing supplies.

Things to know:
Dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without
specific Vacasa approval. A large dog bed is provided for your furry
friends.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
