**Relax and Unwind at B3 Beach House!** This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a private pool is perfectly located on 11th Street, just across from a beach access road, making trips to the shore effortless via Sandcastle Drive! Spend your days soaking up the sun and your evenings unwinding with friends and family on the spacious wooden deck or cooling off in your private pool.

-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,
because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately
and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
