Good morning Elaine, from the Cerna family, we want to express our gratitude for this weekend. Our family made wonderful memories that we will carry in our hearts forever. I need to share with you this bit of news...our daughter in law recognized your place. Her and her family had stayed here two years ago. What was a blessing, the name on surf board. Great place to stay for a big family/group! Beds were really comfortable and super convenient location near the beach! Really enjoyed that there were 5 bedrooms and 4 FULL baths!

Decided to make a much needed stop before school starts, and it was definitely worth it. Elaine as always was absolutely fantastic, so responsive with everything. Place was great again, very clean, the amenities were great. 10/10 will be back again soon!

We had an amazing time celebrating family! My daughter announced that our family will be growing with a new babe due in Feb 2026! Loved the fact that there were 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! With a large family, this was truly a must have! Lol

Needs a deep clean

This property has plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. Plenty of room for a multiple family vacation. The host is communicative and responsive. However, This unit in particular needs a serious deep clean. There is dust and mold everywhere. I feel the person who cleans this property makes the beds and puts fresh towels up and that's pretty much it. The area behind the toilets look like they have not been wiped down in months. The washer rim is completely molded. They also have very minimal things to be able to cook here. No spices, no coffee. Just some pots and pans. & With multiple people in the house, the wifi is not good. Very slow. We were better off just not using the wifi. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was the perfect house for our family. We had an issue with our air conditioning and called Elaine. She had it taken care of before we returned from the beach. It was a very nice well stocked house in a great location. I hope we can make it a yearly trip.

I really enjoyed this house, ELAINE was an amazing host, she was very prompt to get back to my messages. She answered clearly and was very polite. You can definitely tell that she goes above and beyond to make her tenant feel at home. The house was big for all 14 of us. It was always cold in there. I know it’s some recent houses that we stayed at the air condition would break all the time but the beds were comfortable overall it was a 5 thank you Elaine. Keep doing what you’re doing. Can’t wait to see you again next year.

Very Disappointed

My family cleaned for almost 2 hours. The place had mold, mildew and food left on table and floor. The sofa had plywood support under the cushion. The air filter hadn’t been changed in months.

Nicely kept spacious townhouse. Included amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. Welcomed proximity to the beach making the transit back and forth very convenient. Host was very respectful, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Excellent place for larger groups.

Excellent Place to Stay!

We had a great time staying at this townhome! There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space to stretch out and relax. The home was clean and beautiful! Elaine, the property manager, was great and responsive to requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness

The property was nice as it self but the bedding was horrible especially the pull out bed felt like you were sleeping in the actual ground instead of the mattress of how much old and used it was plus one of the pull out was completely broken . The cleanliness wasn’t what we were expecting when we walked in you could feel dirt all over the floor, their was also a mess under one of the beds (photos provided), sand on the couch

Location was perfect to the beach and restaurants, pool was nice. The day we got there the ac wasn’t working it was 81 degrees in there and the host was trying her best to get someone out there that night but it didn’t get fixed until the following morning, because of this the host offered us an extra night or late checkout. But it would’ve been nice if before we got there everything was properly checked and they would’ve noticed it wasn’t running. Also, it needs a major deep cleen, I was pretty disgusted with the cleanliness. Floors were not swept and mopped, baseboards need wiped bad! The broom that I tried to use was covered in hair and needs thrown away. The vacuum was also full and covered in hair and needs thrown away. It was hard to cook there, no baking sheets, no spices at all, only 1 trash bag and 1 dish pod for the whole week! Other rentals I’ve stayed in had spices and oil and at least a handful of trash bags and a couple rolls of paper towels and a small thing of detergent and things like that complimentary but there was nothing here and had to go buy everything. Pictures kept falling off the walls because they were poorly hung, we never could get the internet connected to the tvs to put on streaming services and the host didn’t know how when we asked so no tv sucked. Also mold and mildew but I guess that’s understandable for being by the beach. The master shower is cracked and taped at the bottom, the upstairs toilets kept breaking. Needs a lot of work.

Nice stay for the price

It was our end of the school year trip for 13 teachers and we had a great time! Everyone had a bed to sleep in! 4 full bathrooms. Great communication with the owner. Close to the beach! Few minor maintenance things but nothing that needed assistance while we were there! Pool was nice too!

Good stay!

The house has a great layout and was good for a large group. Location was convenient and quiet. The cleanliness of the home could use some improvements and the hot water didn’t work upstairs but with 2 showers downstairs it was manageable. Overall a good stay!

Amazing day!

We walked into a home that was clean and beautiful. We were here to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday and he just loved the house and the Location and even said it was his first best birthday ever. Elaine was an amazing host and made sure that we had everything we needed when staying at her home. it was very close to restaurants, bait shops and fishing locations! We all look forward to coming back soon!

Great Place for a Family Trip

We loved the space- there was plenty of room for our group and it was very comfortable. We loved the pool too. We were close enough to the beach to have a great time there and we enjoyed the other attractions in the area like the USS Lexington and a dolphin watching tour.The only negative things were that the house was not very clean - especially the floors. There is mold growing in some rooms near the ceiling. And the upstairs king bed needs a mattress pad.
