The amount of people there was horrible due to the ice skating and wizard of Oz event occurring at the same time. While the event and hotel were exceptional, the crowds made it hard to enjoy.

The room was clean, the staff was great. We left for the day and forgot to remove the "privacy" sign. We didn't get clean towels and our dirty ones were on the floor. Bay Club Hotel & Marina
Always hate when they charge to check you in a little early. Went for a happy hour drink and snack instead, it was mediocre. Enjoyed the people and the facilities were nice. Only complaint about the room was pillows were rock hard otherwise it was clean and spacious enough
