Beautiful home… lots of steps.. so it helped burn some of the calories from lots of snacking during bad weather days. Accurate depiction of the steps to the beach, and you could actually see the water from the kitchen and top deck. Comfortable beds and lots of places to entertain while weather is not ideal… which was most of our week. Very responsive when contacted about various items… and friendly.

Great Property

Great location, steps to beach access. The house was perfect for our extended family. We were able to spread out. Pool was a plus after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the close proximity to tennis courts. As described. Cookies delivered from the owner were a hit.

Family vacation

The property was great for our family vacation which included small children and our service dog. It was close to the beach. The pool was great, the water was warm the only thing we wish we would have known was that the pool doesn’t get any sun. Other than that we we very pleased with the property.

Multigenerational Family Vacation perfect Beach house!

This house is the most logically designed, well equipped beach rental we have had, and we have had many. It was clean! It has 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, ice machine, wine fridge, dog run, multiple decks, plenty of pool and deck furniture…best kitchen tools, dishes and appliances ever! Close to the beach, great pool with plenty of room in sun or shade around it…couldn’t look for any better! Peanut butter pie surprise midweek was over the top! 😊😊😊

Review of Sandzibar/Lee's Breeze

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the home is great. The pool was sandy upon arrival, the slider screens did not operate smoothly, the hot tub was sandy, the office requested photo id's a day and a half before arrival, rather than asking for them in advance. That being said, they responded promptly to requests. A good vacation but not a great value for the cost.

Awesome and clean

We really enjoy our stay at your property. Thanks for the welcoming package and the cake was really good. The property was clean and well maintained. A lot of space which allow us to do alot of activity inside on the cold days. Great for walking your dog and easy access to the beach. Close to the food stores. The one major thing is the Dish WiFi is horrible, it could not handle several people using at the same time especially if you were watching Netflix ect. I would definitely recommend your home. My family enjoyed the 5 master suites they work well when you have young adult children that like their own space at times. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality and communication.

Wonderful visit!

The house was spacious with multiple common areas. Everyone was comfortable and happy, and the close proximity to the beach made sunrise strolls easy. The amenities including multiple TVs, pool table, card table and chess/checkers table allowed for activities for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation 7/17-7/24/2021

House is in a great location, less then a 5 minute walk to the beach. Few things I was disappointed in for the amount of money we paid was the maintenance of the property. The storage bins in the front were a mess, the side yard had dog poop,(assume from previous renters), the pool was full of sand, and sunflower seeds all over, grill was extremely dirty, screen door was completely off and blind pieces were falling off the bedroom by the hot tub. We complained about the pool and screen which was never resolved, also the ice machine door kept falling off. Overall these things did not hinder our family from having a great time. The house is very spacious loved the fact that all the bedrooms have there own bathrooms and are spacious. Just would recommend a little more thorough inspection and cleanup before next families check in. We made sure to leave the grill and grill utensils in much cleaner conditioner then was left for us, and we tidying up the bins in the front the best we could, even though we never used the beach gear. All in all the place is in a prime location. We would like say thank you to the owner for the delicious cake as well. It was our first time to OBX and our family had a great time.

Cozy, but not perfect.

Overall the experience was great. The house could use a deep clean and a little extra TLC on some general maintenance. Beds were lumpy, not all TVs work, some listed features were unavailable, such as outside speaker system and master jet bath. Property management responded quickly to concerns & overall the house suited our needs for the week. It was especially nice to have a covered hot tub!

Memories galore!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this house making memories with our children and grandchildren! It was everyone’s Christmas/birthday gifts...14 in all! The house was large enough for everyone to sleep comfortably and we had many different gathering places including the outdoor area, hot tub and heated pool! The beach was a short walk away! There were 3 floors and 28 steps( my husband counted) so not for the faint of heart! By the end of the week I felt I could walk up the stairs without being winded LOL. We played games, swam, ate, went shelling, and had lots of sibling, cousin and of course grandparent time together!

Great place in Corolla, NC!

We loved everything about the house and location. Property managers were always reachable and responsive! The house had everything we needed for a wonderful beach getaway. The owners even delivered a sweet treat that we all enjoyed - Thank you!! Close to shops, golf, and other excursions. We look forward to visiting this area again:)

Great Time

Overall it was a great experience. The property was clean minus a few sets of sheets which had stains. We called the property management company to report a ripped screen and a few fallen blinds. The heated pool was a little bit of a difficult start as it wasn't warm when we arrived. We realized we needed to turn the heat up ourselves (not the rental company) on the machine to actually get the pool to warm. There were a ton of flies at the pool especially when your grilling, nothing a fly swatter couldn't handle. Super close to the beach, you do have to go up and down a flight of steps to get to the beach over the dune but that was no problem for us. Just something to know as a beach wagon won't work. Master bedroom and hot tube were amazing. Had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Great location/house

Overall a great place to stay/vacation. Super close to the beach, very clean, well stocked kitchen and entertainment areas, nice pool and pool deck, great views of the ocean and pet friendly. Would recommend and hope to return again!

This was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a pool! I love that the rooms were master bedrooms, so we each had our own bathrooms! We had a lot of fun! Thank you!!

Great location but few minor issues.

We had a great week for weather, was a bit chilly at first part then got hot towards end. 1st week in june. Some negatives.... Had some issues with cleanliness, high chair was crumbly, the blender was not cleaned properly, there were two mattresses at the bunk beds with stains on the protector pads. Had some maintenance issues, that were called in, light fixture was not on the hallway light(cover). The fan light in one of the rooms wasnt working. There were a couple of blinds that didnt work, luckily we didnt need them to. A fan was off balance in one room, made some noise and wobbled like crazy. One of the tubs was clogged and they took care of that. The audio system that controlled the pool area didnt work and they ended up taking it and not replacing. So we had to improvise and use our own speakers on our phones. Now for the positives.... great location, away from busy traffic and steps from the beach. The place had a bunch of beach chairs and sand toys that were easily accessible. The pool was refreshing...hot tub was awesome for the chilly days. Kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked almost every night and found everything we needed to make meals. The view is nice from the top rear deck. All in all was a great place, I think we all enjoyed it even with the minor issues. I would stay again.

Great for multiple families!

3 families enjoyed a week in this house and had a great time! Pros: Great layout of house and bedrooms, very nice pool, pool table (enjoyed by all the young adults), 2 dishwashers, kitchen very well stocked, hot tub!, and amazingly easy walk to the beach! Cons: Deep cleaning is needed. (Coffee table had some grime on edges which wouldn’t come off, kitchen floor sticky and carpets could use a cleaning). I will attribute this to an end of summer stay. Houses are closer together than we realized. Less privacy and a little more noisy than expected because of this. Overall, a great house and a great vacation.

Location is great! Cleanliness not so great!

Lee's Breeze is awesome as far as location from the beach...just a short distance from beach access. However, we were all a bit grossed out with the cleanliness of the place. At first glance it looks clean. Toilets, sinks, and counters were all clean. But stair treads had hair in the creases and we even found a staple and a large toenail. The stair railings are wooden and have a sticky, tacky feel so we just didn't touch them while using the stairs. Under the beds haven't been cleaned in a while....there was paper, books, and various other items there. The fans all had a thick layer of dirt on the edges. The shower curtain liner in my bathroom had black, slimy stuff on the bottom edges. All of the rugs had area rug liners that were wrinkled up and wouldn't lie flat. Most were sticking out of the rugs and were dirty. The sectional sofa has seen better days. The cushions have very little support anymore and had lots of crumbs and dirt beneath them. I had to tell my family "just don't look too closely". We have been renting in the Corolla area for 10 years and this was one of the worst as far as being cleaned. While the beach access was perfect, the cleanliness issue will not bring us back to Lee's Breeze.

The property management was easy to work with.

Over all we really enjoyed our stay, the house is located just as described on the listing. It is a very spacious and beautiful house. The house for the most part was clean when they were finished. There were some cleaning that was overlooked in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The family that stayed prior to us must have had young children as we found some dirty diapers under a bed. The property management was great though very communicative and speedy with resolutions. The only bad experience was from the cleaning crew. They were suppose to have the bottom floor ready at noon for us. They unfortunately started at the top of the house which did complicate things when we arrived. I would however recommend this house to my family and friends though.
