This OBX vacation home sits in a prime location just two rows from the Oceanfront, leaving the beach within easy walking distance. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, entertainment and grocery just a short car ride away in Monteray Plaza and TimBuck II.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed private pool and hot tub, gas grill and outside shower. Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a Recroom with a flat-screen TV, pool table and kitchenette with counter seating for 5, full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and deck access. Theater Room with a large flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and tiered seating. Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set and TV/DVD (for use with DVD only) and a full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: Den with a TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access, 3 King Master Bedrooms with TV and deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, TV/DVD and deck access and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, granite countertops and counter seating for 7. Dining room with deck access, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, private bathroom with whirlpool tub and deck access.

This property has a camera on the exterior of the property facing the carport and driveway.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Overall

Everything was as advertised. Only things we would change is to have a tv in the bedrooms and a cable/firestick that worked...we used our own. There is also a problem with ants in the kitchen. Overall 4 stars. Would stay again.
