Sto Lat By The Sea - Good luck and good cheer! This 5 bedroom, Oceanside home is the perfect spot for your OBX getaway! Located on a corner lot with live-oak trees and a backyard path to the beach. Enjoy how close to the beach and the oceanfront recreation area are and make sure you take time to shop and enjoy the local nearby restaurants.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower, outside bar, park style charcoal grill, gas grill, and carport with ground level entry.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access to the hot tub, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV and a full hallway bathroom. Deck with hot tub.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV, deck access, dining area seating 8 with deck access, half bath, kitchen with counter seating for 4, deck access and lighthouse views and a Queen Bedroom.

Extras: Hot Tub, 4 TVs, high speed internet access, charcoal & gas grills, enclosed outside shower, fish cleaning table, deck furniture, high chair, corn hole boards, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Singles. House Address: 1130 Payson Street. Distance to beach access: 600'. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Great moms trip house!

The renovated kitchen is lovely. There is not an en suite for every bedroom, however, and the carpeting on the lower floors dates the house and adds an interesting smell. But otherwise no complaints great distance to the beach and surrounding neighborhood for dinner.
