The sun-filled living room has plush seating and a large TV, whereas the well-appointed kitchen positively gleams with its stainless steel appliances and numerous utensils. When it\'s time to eat, gather around the large formal dining table for a family-style meal. The home\'s four bedrooms are adorned with nautical-themed decor pieces, central air, and their own TVs with Roku sticks. The perks don\'t end there though! A private washer/dryer and high speed internet access round out the interior amenities. Outside, enjoy the Corolla sunshine, relax and unwind in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool, all while enjoying the comforts of this home. The beach and sound side are only a 5 minute walk away on a paved pathway, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the uncrowded beaches. House Rules

- Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
- All guests shall abide by us’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to closing without notice.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
