"Convenient to both train station and ferry terminal. Clean. Quiet. Nice terrace. No kitchen. Low water pressure in the shower. Staff responded quickly when we were locked out due to the electronic lock running out of battery (suddenly, without warning). Luckily, we were not in a hurry at that moment."

Have to shuttle down the mountain to get to town, many times there were guests left as shuttle filled up, therefore they had to wait an hour for it to come back. This is the only negative about the hotel. Overall very nice stay. "

"2 storey suite with terrace. Lovely view of harbour but not a sunset view. It had a full kitchen, large bed and great bathroom. Only thing that would have been good to have was luggage racks as there was no place but the floor to put luggage. If you cannot do a lot of stairs this is not the place to stay as it had many and they are steep but once you got used to them it was ok"
