「We truly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was comfortable, everything working as expected, well stocked with supplies (paper towel, laundry/dishwashing pods) and parking was easy. Check in check out was easy. Area is great, there is a Harris Teeter and 2 good restaurants (Crafty Burger and Cool Fish) a short walk away. We also walked out to a store that rented E-bikes and took a scenic ride through the town of Davidson and the greenway. 」

「The Check in process could’ve been a lot more simple too many house rules you can’t enjoy your stay , take your shoes off quiet time from 9 PM to 8 AM. Makes you feel like you’re in church. Didn’t like that part. Everything else was great.」

「Enjoyed this property. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Excellent location…walk to grocery, restaurants and Dunkin. Very clean as well..like new. Only improvement would be more comfortable couch and chair for those of us staying awhile that like to lounge in front of the TV!」

「This place was in the middle of a ghetto. I was in town for a wedding with my elderly Aunt and Uncle. We couldn’t even get down the street at first because of the people hanging around the property. I called the host who claims she understood but refused to refund our money VRBO never responded either. Do not rent this house. Being a law enforcement both myself and my husband we did not feel safe n that neighborhood 」
