「We had high hopes for this hotel and were so excited for it. It is a beautiful place and we booked one night in the woodland sweet. Our phone was broken and in order to call the desk we had to use our cellphones and incur international charges. The food we ordered for breakfast was never delivered— and we had to call on our cellphone again for the lift back up to the main part of the resort. 「We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, there was a kettle and a mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. It was close for the things we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants. We always saw staff cleaning. The pool was great. Didn't realize I needed a swim cap but they have them available for sale at the pool desk. We didn't use the on-site bar or restaurant. The restaurant has a nice sun room that looked like a great place to enjoy some down time. We did have noise from the room next...

「Great location. Nice Hotel overall, however, a bit tired, and looks quite rough from the back of the Hotel. Breakfast just ok, the young gentleman who greeted us was lovely, but the girls serving were quite dismissive, asked for more butter, but did not arrive, had to ask another girl. Reception staff were ok, bit robotic Quality of food at breakfast was just ok, nothing amazing. Certain aspects of the room was tired eg grout in bathroom, mirror above sink also worn with age. Car park is not big...
