"Everything was readily available, super convenient, great location and much better than a hotel. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, full kitchen, large common area and laundry facilities in the same complex. "

"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. "

"This place was tidy, cozy, and had everything I could’ve possibly needed for a lovely vacation in Ireland. There were also plenty of helpful recommendations thanks to the lovely host. Would absolutely book again!"

"This was a lovely spacious unit, very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, quiet. Nice touches like milk in the fridge, tea in the cupboard. It was a little far from the city Centre - 25-45 minute walk but no problem for us as we are walkers. Buses are nearby. "

"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "Stayed here for one night this weekend with our two children. Hotel was good, clean and easy to access. About 15€ for an Uber into the city. Staff were all polite and friendly, the hotel had a nice relaxed vibe and parking was good on site. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped. I did order the birthday bash package which to be honest was underwhelming at best. I wouldn’t order that again. Have to give a massive thank you to Grace on reception who was just brilliant, a great recommendation of a restaurant with our children and so good with our kids. Thank you!"

"Was there for a gig taking place at the virgin media park. The hotel is right by the bus stop to from the airport which was about a 20 minute ride from, cost of about 1.50e one way. The bus station and other stops was also literally 5 minute walk from the hotel. The venue itself also a 10 minute bus ride. Walkable from Oliver Plunkett street and the main streets for shopping/pubs etc. I’d contacted the hotel beforehand to see if the pool and other facilities would be accessible before and after checkout as we had early and late flights, and they promptly responded advising they were though we didn’t end up using them. The hotel kept our bags all day before checking in and all day after checking out. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was a deluxe double bed and single bed absolutely ideal for 2 friends to share or for couples or a family for an over night or as a base. Would stay again. No problems "
