Corigliano d'Otranto (Choriàna or Koriana griko, Curiànu in local dialect) is an Italian town set in the Salento (Puglia), belonging to the historic region of "Grecìa Salentina", a linguistic area of nine municipalities where the inhabitants speak the "griko", an ancient language of Greek origin. Corigliano d'Otranto has an impressive castle with a highly decorated exterior. It is defined "the most beautiful monument of military architecture dating to the beginning of the sixteenth century in feudal Terra d'Otranto".

"Ho alloggiato su questo appartamento una settimana devo dire che è la prima volta che vado in vacanza e non devo mettermi a pulire , trovato tutto in ordine pulito cucina dotato di tutto il necessario compreso di detersivo disinfettante tutte piccole cose che fanno la differenza.Posto tranquillo vicino a supermercati distanza dal mare circa 400 m non c’è sabbia ma scogliera vicino anche a spiagge molte belle . "Our room was very clean and unique. The air conditioning was excellent. Gianluca, our host /owner was very informative and attentive to our needs. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and he made reservations for our first evening having just arrived. His sisters made us a delicious and sustainable breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of pastries and breads, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses and cappuccinos . It was an enjoyable, restful stay. I should mention it was a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the old town where the sites, shopping and other eateries are located. Very safe area!!!!"
