「This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly. It’s especially nice that they go out of their way for guests and offer special events such as smores by the fire and movie nights. 「The room was large and the view from the top floor could not be beat. Having a balcony to sit on and enjoy the spectacular view was special. The hotel was convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was nice that the free bus came directly to the hotel for pickup so one didn't have to deal with finding and paying for parking in Bar Harbor. The staff was friendly and we appreciated having a free breakfast each morning.」

「The bathroom was very dirty when arriving. The facet was broken. The sink was plugged. The breakfast was very limited. Little to no protein other than hard boiled eggs and small yogurts. They had butter and cream cheese out but no bagels or bread to put it on both mornings we were there. For the price we paid this property was a huge disappointment.」
