「This place was perfect for us. It was very clean, has AC, and in a nice gated property (although it doesn’t feel unsafe outside). It was very walkable to a few dining areas and a shopping centre. What makes this place also great was Kate! She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. She even brought treats for my girls and drove us from and back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this place!」

Air-con in all bedrooms and the lounge room and constant hot running water. The service was impeccable and so friendly. I felt safe and welcomed. Thanks for an easy trip and looking forward to coming back.」

「For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. 」

「The inside of the house was not comfortable and not clean.. aircons were not working,and could not sleep well. dirty walls in the kitchen. bathrooms and toilets.and no t,v the whole outlook was not to our expectation as shown on the photos. we had to leave the place and look for another one.. the accormmodation could do with an update.」

「The property is in a preserved paradise with snakes, starfish, cows, horses and beautiful birds. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The place is safe and extremely clean. 」

「The property is old and under renovation, it’s not so comfortable with family of 4. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was gonna change my accommodation unfortunately it was already paid and there was no refund available, hotel.com should have option for relocation and refund if the accommodation is what we aspect. It looks good in the picture unfortunately the site visit was not same as the pictures shown on the website. 」
