"A good hotel but definitely not 5 star as it claims to be. The room I was in had no where to place your suit case so it had to be on the floor. The breakfast options were just ok. I’ve had better and more substantial breakfast options at 3 and 4 star hotels. The bed was very soft which is common in Scandinavia. That can be good for some people and bad for others. "What a wonderful trip we had from start to finish! As an Expedia VIP, we were given a room with a balcony which was an added bonus. I didn’t spend too much time looking at other hotels because the reviews were so good and this one was top. Well, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything ran smoothly and the kind lady on reception even helped me out with a hairband when I’d lost mine. The rooms were comfy and spacious, lovely bedding and slept like a log in that nice bed.
