"They put us on 2nd floor above restaurant on back side near pool. So we heard music over speakers from about 630am till 9-10. Otherwise, it was perfect! Restaurant was good and so was the Gorilla Taco next door. Will definitely put on our list of places to stay/recommend. Especially if you have kids. The pool is very cool."

The only issue we had was the noise coming from other rooms… faucets running, AC noises, people talking… I’m not sure anything can be done about that but otherwise we loved the hotel and will be back! Might bring ear plugs though. :) the place was really clean and we felt safe! That’s really all I can ask for! "
"This was our second time staying at the Island. It is an extremely clean hotel with the nicest employees. They gave us free vouchers for drinks and a dessert at the restaurants after finding out it was my son’s birthday. The pool and hot tub are great and we were alone in it a few days so that was nice. I have a few complaints about the rooms. The floors make your feet black so that’s kind of yucky. The other complaint is just personal to me. We’ve had rooms overlooking the stores each time. The lights stay on all night so it’s very bright in the room when you’re trying to sleep and in the morning when the sun comes up. I like it to be a cave so that could just be a me issue. My only other complaint is the loading and unloading area. In busy times, there is nowhere to park and unload your luggage or load in your vehicle. Just a heads up. Overall we love this place and will return. "
