"Beautiful view of beach just steps from patio (across the street). Kitchen very well stocked. Unit very spacious and in a great location to walk to shops, restaurants, wharf and ferry go day trips. Not sure if it was time of the year but unit felt damp all the time and slightly musty. Queen bed very comfortable but twin mattresses need replacing, soft and very saggy."

"We had a fantastic stay! The host’s communication was excellent, and the location was perfect, close to both shops and the beach. The garden was amazing for the kids to run around in, and the deck provided a great space to relax. The rooms were lovely, and it was the perfect spot for a family weekend. Highly recommend!"

"Great location near the beach and shops. Basic accommodation that was accurately described in the profile. Annoying to have to bring all our own linen since every other house we’ve booked provides it. Strange that there were wet towels left in the bathrooms and to have the all power off when we arrived, particularly as there was milk left in the fridge that was turned off. All in all though it was just what we needed for a quick stop off. Cooks Beach is lovely and worth a visit. "

"No WiFi, no AC, no single mosquito net, no Wash-machine... and NO WARM WATER for the first 24 hours. Until we found the very good hidden switch for warm water (not mentioned in the guide, not mentioned in the description). Also nearly no view at the ocean. Beach access through road only. Communication with the host nearly impossible (waiting couple of days, or at least 24 hours). And: One (not even full) roll of toilet paper for two persons and three days is not THAT much. "
