"I paid extra for a handicap room. There was no shower seat except for one that hung off the side of the tub and was about 2 in off the bottom of the tub. That's unacceptable for any handicapped person to try to get off that shower seat I had to go pay $40 to buy a real shower seat. The bed was slanted and sloped to the side so you can't even get a comfortable night's sleep me and my husband's back were both killing us. I contacted management they waited today before we were to check out to send...

"I did not see the pet allowed policy when booking this hotel. I stayed two nights, each night was interrupted sleep due to dogs constantly barking throughout the early morning and I was unable to rest. Dogs were not in their rooms but in the hallway. Signs were posted that said quiet hours 10 pm to 7am but that obviously was not enforced. I know staff could hear it too because there is an opening in the area by the elevators and the dogs were loud. I did text to let them know too. Toilet also...
