Constanza Vacations from ￥372,550

I came back at night no one open the door and I constantly rang the doorbell. Thank God I had another hotel room somewhere else or I would have been sleeping on the streets

The rooms were really nice, comfy, and cozy. I like the layout and I like how the toilet was separated from the shower. The only downfall is the all-inclusive was sort of limited because on days where the Italian restaurant was closed the Asian spot was open and vice versa. Overall it was a good stay.

Not the first time that we stay at this property. But the first impression at the reception desk was not a positive one. The young lady was rude and treated us as if we were not welcome. We requested for some one to unlock the mini bar minutes after checking in, and hours later were told that the person that could unlock it was not available any longer. And said that they would see what could be done. But it never happened so we had no access to water. We then scanned the QR code for room service at 7:00 P.M, placed an order, waited hours, called front desk, and no response, and order never arrived. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and will not stay again at this location on any more of our business trips.
