Furthermore, and uniquely for its location, the cottage comes with 2 private parking spaces making it perfect for couples wishing to holiday together and explore the fabulous scenery, walks and activities on offer within the Lake District National Park.

Ground Floor
Upon entering via the rear of the house you find yourself in the open plan kitchen, dining and living area where the impressive cast-iron open fire place gives the room bags of character and warmth.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, while the living rooms includes a smart TV with Freeview and DVD player. In the living room all eyes will be drawn to the incredible view through the patio doors. These doors take you out onto a decked patio with fantastic views over the mature cottage garden to Coniston Water and the surrounding countryside and comes complete with garden furniture.

Travelling with a dog?
We can offer free use of a 1 acre enclosed field in Coniston village, perfect for off the lead running, walking, training and playing. Use by arrangement with The Coppermines only.

Parking
Parking available within 50 yards for 2 cars in designated spaces (spaces suitable for 2 medium cars or 1 large car). Please note that due to the narrow and steep access the parking is not suitable for low slung sports cars.
