「Was disappointed that we had to pay for parking this year on top of the resort fees. Cost added up! Rooms were nice but having house keeping come only after 5 days is a waste of time. It would have been more convenient halfway through the week.」

「The staff was kind and helpful at check-in. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was an added plus and had just what we needed for our 2 night stay. We enjoy traveling to Daytona Beach every few years for a quick getaway and will keep this hotel at the top of our list for next time.」

This amount was in addition to my incidental hold, which made the pending amount over $600. I spoke with the front desk 4 different times regarding this matter, and the manager was never “available” to help me resolve this issue. 「The room was dirty when we checked in. I was supposed to have ocean side and I didn't, but that's my fault I never said anything. The resturant staff was super slow.i do feel that they should have music by the pool for a more "beach like" ambiance. But it is what it is the rooms were affordable and I'm sure I'll be back.」

「同僚と2ベッドルームに宿泊しましたが、バスもそれぞれのベッドルームにあり、プライベートが確保されました。キッチンは電子レンジとシンクしかない（食器や調理器具は無い）ですが、全体的に清潔です。また宿泊したいと思います。」

「４泊しましたが、まず駐車場の許容台数が少ない。昨年のハリケーンの影響でいろいろ修繕の最中であり、かつ泊まった３月初旬はデイトナではバイクウィークという大きなイベントがありオートバイが車以上の台数街中に入るため、どこのホテルも駐車場は満杯状態なのは仕方ないが、一度駐車スペースを離れるともうもどってもスペースがないのが残念だった。 部屋の中は床がベタベタと汚れており、非常に不潔なイメージを持ちました。毎日ハウスキーピングが入りましたが、床の清掃は一度もされなかった。 場所柄、時期的にホテル代は相当高いが、十分なサービスを受けたちとは言えない 」

「On the way to the room the hallways were hot and smelled like mildew. We walk in our room and I instantly see 3 roaches. Then I see more crawling on the counter. I instantly went to front desk and she was not surprised and asked if I wanted different room. I said no and wanted a refund. Ended up only refunding me $25. Unbelievable」
