「Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay.
Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. 」

「Excellent location in the City Centre and right by the Newbridge Park & ride stop. As stated in description the accommodation is over 3 floors and there is no lift but we knew this and wasn't a problem for us.
Lovely well equipped accommodation, full size under counter fridge with a couple of beers, wines and soft drinks at reasonable prices. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect」

「The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation.
Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay.
Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys.
The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able.
I am already planning a return trip to Bath wuth the family and will definately be booking thos premises. Hopefully it will be available for my return trip.

「This was the 1st Time i have Been to Malborough i came here to go to a Gig nearby.so i stayed in this hotel because it was near to the Venue.The Room was Lovely Everything i Needed Plenty of Tea and Coffee the Room Clean and Tidy and even the Bed Was Comfy to for my Good Night Sleep.」
