Villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This farmhouse has been restored to delight its guests with a mesmerising harmony between the present and the past, the rustic and modern style. And if that weren't enough, this unique meeting is also joined by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is provided with a dining-living room separated from the completely equipped open kitchen by a singular bar. The holiday home has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, and the other two with two single beds each. The other bathroom also has a shower. The accommodation is equipped with oven, microwave, fireplace, electric radiator, satellite TV, WiFi, among others. Moreover, the thick walls of this holiday home make it possible to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter.
All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

The outdoor area doesn’t lack charm. It relies on a private swimming pool, a spacious porch, a barbecue area and a private parking. The property is not fenced. You will definitely lean out on the terrace to enjoy the show of the Mediterranean Sea’s colours that mix with the lush vegetation of olives, almond trees and vineyards. Take a deep breath and let the delicious smell of the fields fill you in.

The access is to be made through a paved lane, characterised by slopes and curves, which is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

Please, note that if you get to the house after 9.30pm, you will be charged an extra fee of €50.

Tolles Haus, wunderbare Aussicht, absolute Ruhe. Allerdings ist die Anfahrt recht langwierig und anspruchsvoll.

Schöne Finca mit ausreichend Platz in den Bergen. Fahrt nach Competa ca. 15 Min. (4km). Anfahrt steil und enge Straßen, hat man sich aber nach zwei Tagen dran gewöhnt. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Alles war sauber. Die Fahrt zur Küste nach Torrox Costa dauert ca. 40 Min. Zum Flughafen Málaga eine gute Stunde. Vielen Dank an Martina nochmals für die nette Betreuung.

Maison très agréable et propre. Vue imprenable et calme assuré. Petit bémol concernant l'accès qui peut être dangereux. Mieux vaut aimer conduire et avoir une bonne voiture. Les plages sont à une heure de route. Séjour néanmoins très dépaysant et reposant.

Super hübsche atypische Villa mit rustikaler Dekoration. In den Bergen gelegen, haben wir die herrliche Landschaft, die die Villa bieten kann, sehr geschätzt. Der Weg zur Villa ist kurvenreich, bietet aber auch wunderschöne Landschaften. Die Villa ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was wir brauchen. Bettwäsche, Küchentücher, Badetücher .... die bettwäsche ist sehr bequem ++ Gefallen hat uns auch der Pool, der sehr sauber war. Wir waren mit diesem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl. Wir hoffen, dass der nächste so gut wird wie dieser. Danke

Sehr idyllisch gelegene finca,mit einem tollen Pool. Total ruhig !! Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (mir fehlten lediglich ein paar Behälter um Reste aufzubewahren) Was wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen sind Schnakenstecker, wir hatten trotz Mückenschutz an den Fenstern, einige Stiche. Die Betreung durch Antje war fanatisch, sie macht das richtig toll. Einfach top ! Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber nach ein paar mal und guten Fahrkünsten passt das. Fazit: wir würden die finca jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mooi huis met alles wat je nodig hebt, veel verschillende plekken waar je buiten kunt zitten, prachtig uitzicht. Wel steeds een kwartiertje rijden voor je boodschappen. Je zit buiten heel privé en hebt geen inkijk van anderen (of bij anderen). Aardige verhuurder die de eerste keer met je mee rijdt naar het huis en van alles uitlegt.
