"Friendly staff, not all of them, but they made my stay nice. The lighting in the rooms is dim, but there is water and coffee service, which was very good. There is no pot so you cannot boil water. There is also a fridge, but drinks are already available.
The hotel has been renovated, but there are some old parts. You have to be a little careful in the lift.
I enjoyed the variety of breakfast. What impressed me was the crisp and efficient staff. They did an excellent job. I was satisfied and had two glasses of champagne in the morning."
"The location (Bucharest Old City Center) is excellent, walking distance from many must-see places in Bucharest, and easy access to good restaurants.
Reception staff was very nice, was able to arrange for a taxi from the airport to hotel when we arrived, and back on our return. Very helpful.
Breakfast was included, very good and generous selection of Romanian traditional food.
Lastly, room cleaning has some room for improvement, clearly understaffed (came very late in the afternoon, one person per floor?)
Overall however excellent, and would recommend and would stay again."
