Perfect place

The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. El llegar es bellísimo. En medio del bosque, y en frente del lago. Lo único es que tienen un gato que se pasea por el hotel y creo que para los que no somos amantes de los gatos fue demasiado.

This beautiful hotel sits in a valley surrounded by gorgeous mountains and right across from a beautiful river at the foot of high mountain cliffs. The setting alone is worth the price but the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, the staff very attentive and the food very good. We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.

The hotel was amazing. It is in a very central location and off the beaten path of the city which is nice for relaxing. We loved out stay and hope to return soon.

Front desk staff speaks good English for non-Spanish speakers. Room is clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure. VIP lounge breakfast and snacks throughout the day are good. 2 coffee machines and 2 Nespresso machines are awesome. Casino restaurant Oasis is very good, convenient, and priced well.

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación fue amplia, cómoda en especial las camas y limpia. La piscina climatizada es espectacular, ideal para relajarse después de un día de actividades. Como sugerencia de mejora, el restaurante podría ampliar su menú para ofrecer una mayor variedad de opciones. La ubicación está a unos 20 minutos del centro, pero eso también permite disfrutar de un entorno tranquilo. En general, es un hotel muy recomendable y volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo.

I stayed here for two nights in early September 2019 and loved it. I had a room on the 5th floor with a full lake view which was incredible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the on-site restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced. It is a very easy drive from the airport to the hotel, and also an easy drive to nearby hiking and skiing. My rate included free breakfast which was very good. The only problem I has was that the WiFi service was spotty at times, I had a lot of dropped...

This hotel was perfect for me. It was close to the base of the mountain and was walking distance to other bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and set up taxis to the airport and city center since I did not have a car. I won't look at any other place when I plan to return in the future.
