The Champion Abode

Located just seconds from Nationwide Children's Hospital and close proximity that all downtown Columbus has to offer. Welcome to the Champion Abode 2. Just minutes from Downtown Columbus, blocks from Nationwide Children's Hospital.

The Space:
Our updated home is a clean and comfortable three bedroom home. We have a new kitchen and bathroom as well as many other updates. On the main level is a living room great for relaxing, and a dining room fit for a group meal. A stocked kitchen ready for your cooking expertise. Just off of our kitchen you will find laundry facilities.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has lots of space and lots of light! The third bedroom has surrounding windows with so much natural light! This room features a twin size bed.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is tucked away, on a quiet street in the Olde Towne East neighborhood. It is a quaint area, just a few minutes east of Downtown Columbus. There are lots of historic homes and beautiful architecture. Our street is a very quiet street that is full of lovely neighbors. This is not an area where loud noise is acceptable or tolerated by most of the residents. There are some properties in our area that have been revitalized and some properties that are still under renovation. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors, but we also understand that some guests may not feel as comfortable in a developing area such as ours. We look forward to hosting and welcoming all guests to our beautiful spot!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
