  • Spacious newly renovated 2br/1ba apartment located just off High St. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in downtown Worthington and a short drive to OSU Campus/Short North area.

    Guests will have full private apartment as well as access to shared outdoor space. Guests will use keypad smart lock for seamless arrival and departure. Apartment is pet friendly and includes large dog crate. Space comfortably sleeps 6 (2 queen beds, sectional couch, and additional air mattress).

Vrbo rental- Sept. 8-29, 2026 The location was quiet and easy access to shopping as well as major highways for Columbus events and restaurants. The interior has a clean modern decor. Real wood floors and large windows make the living area bright and feel spacious. The home systems worked well. An apartment with dishwasher, washer and dryer makes the stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable. The available parking was off the street in front of unit. There are only two steps into the apartment for front or back door, making transfer of items easy. The single story apartment was private because no tenants were below or above you. The front looks into a grass courtyard of three other attached apartments. There are NO street lights or security lights in parking area. The wood floor is not level in hallway and sagging in kitchen. There is a STRONG musty smell. The outside needs professional lawn maintenance to remove overgrown items and removal of dead shrubs. The owner needs to have a welcome book with info of area shopping, restaurants and emergency numbers as well as instructions to operate TV, thermostat and when garbage is collected. The brick apartment is just "nice" but some TLC will bring more Vrbo renters.
