Booked two rooms, when I arrived only one was available. Took the one room and smelled really bad, things were broken and not working. Was not clean either. Don’t recommend the stay.

This hotel opened prematurely. It was a mess, dusty, and the room difficult to get to. You should not keep this hotel in your system. Ruined a wonderful trip.

The pictures online were false place was under construction everything covered in construction debris and sheet rock dust front desk showed 4 rooms that were uninhabitable had to pick the most hygienic room I had to clean shower myself hair all over. Would have left but everything was booked for the festival. Dirtiest hotel ever been in It was so bad they had their own security walk perimeter with weapons.

This was by far one of the dirtiest rooms I have stayed in. There were no clean towels the shower was dirty. The microwave was so dirty no way I going to warm up any food there. There was no chair to sit in. The lock on the door was not that secure. The only good thing is that I only needed the room for a few hours just to get some sleep and get out of there.

Old lamp and lamp shades, mattresses, pulled carpets and trash throughout all the hallways. No bath towels, tissues, toilet paper or shampoo/conditioner upon arrival to room. People cussing and kids crying throughout. Online says breakfast is included but hotel only has coffee. Flies flying all around the lobby. Muggy. Did not stay here. Canceled my reservation. If you care about your wellbeing and your family I would NOT STAY HERE EVER!

We got there very light at night and were immediately told by someone else there were roaches. We had traveled a long way so we decided to try it and the room had very obviously not been cleaned between the last users and us despite me having reserved the room last Monday (we stayed Friday) . We chose to sleep on top of the covers because we were exhausted. The next morning we went down for breakfast just to learn it had been closed for a while. I also requested a room service to get fresh towels and sheets. The towels took well over 2 hours and the sheets occurred sometime in the day. The name on the hotel is also Norwood Suites which confused us greatly.

This Howard Johnson is being remodeled. I couldn't even find it because they haven't changed their signs by the highway or the interstate. The first room they sent me to was still under construction and I couldn't stay in it. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling down and the paint is chipping off. There are holes in the walls. The curtains are falling down. The only good thing about it was the comfortable bed and I did sleep well and maybe that's the most important thing.

This hotel is HORRIBLE!! When we entered the room, nothing in the room was plugged in no lights, nothing. The door peephole has a tissue stuffed in it. We were there 3 nights and never had any room service cleaning or new towels. We tried complaining to front desk but no one seemed concerned about it. I would never stay here!!!!

I felt like i was at the Bates Motel. It was starting to be renovated - do not go until after the renovation. I assumed that because it was a name brand, it would be OK. It smelled liked cigarettes, felt dangerous, and my shower only had cold water. The price was NOT worth it. Wait until renovations are finished and even then, be very careful. I am surprised Expedia even had it listed on its site.

We did not spend a single night here due to the room being filthy and having actual holes and human feces being on the walls and bathtub. A broken picture frame, a broken lamp, and having no open pool even though it said there was one when booking. The room was cheap but you could not have paid me to stay in any room in this hotel if that room was deemed acceptable. If I could rate it lower then I have I would have. If you accidentally book this room they do not do refunds so just stay anywhere else.

I have never seen a place so dirty. I love to travel travel on this days is not normal in the pictures. There are no amenities there’s no Gym there’s no breakfast. I saw a door with the pool sign that says that it’s closed for maintenance. They have couches the debris of construction everywhere. It is carpeted and those smell is just unbearable. All they do is give you a key to a dirty room. I was booked for two days, they come to my door the a day early to tell me to check out. Unbelievable. I showed them my reservation and they said ok. their bathroom drain is completely blocked as well as sink. The floor is dirty and the AC unit is so dirty inside of this smell awful. Because I already did check before I saw the condition of inside, I was not able to get a refund. I will never stay in such dump.

This is not a nice hotel at all. Picture a rehab but the people are trying to escape the clutches of a positive life experiences. You will leave with a story, and you will not be bothered in your room.

Toilet seat nor even attached to toilet. No carpet in hallways. Lobby and hallways stink really really bad along with the rooms. Used tampons left in garage in bathroom when we checked in. There was a nail on the floor that got stuck in my foot. Room was dirty. Garbage bags left outside doors in the hallways. Absolutely horrible disgusting place to stay
