It was easy to find the hotel and the staff was friendly. The hotel lobby is clean and spacious as well as nicely lit. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was up to date. The only thing that was questionable was paying for parking and not receiving a parking permit.

Absolutely terrible! Since I had an early morning flight, I confirmed the airport shuttle several times when checking in. But in the morning, they suddenly told me the shuttle was not running and said I should just take an Uber. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Ever.

The shower tile and shower door handle were broken. Hotel is dated, furniture looks old and worn. Room had a musty smell. Pillows were terrible. Elevators were not clean. Hotel has good bones and needs a refresh and would be really nice.

Tooba

Room was fine but the AC was not working. It said it was lowering the temp but it never cooled down and we could not sleep. Test your AC unit early to make sure it’s actually cooling the room! Bar/restaurant was busy and only one person working. We ended up leaving because of wait on service.. not at all the fault of the bartender who was having to serve the whole restaurant alone!

It was easy to find . Opon arrival the staff was very pleasant and called me 30 mins early before check in to say we could check in early after our plans cancelled which was helpful. One of our beds did have a ripped sheet but everything was very clean in our room. It is a very large hotel so just keep that in mind when needing to go to the front desk which is the only place that has vending and a microwave unless you buy into the extra membership.

I arrived after 11pm and called for the airport shuttle, was told driver went home at 11pm. I had emailed the hotel the day before letting them know what time I would be arriving and that I would need the shuttle. To staff it was my problem.

AC in room didn't work, had it set to 60 and it never cooled down. Called the front desk at 7pm and they said they'd have an engineer check it while I was getting food, never got an update and it was hot all night

Staff wasnt friendly the room was stinky there were no towels and worst of all the blanket they gave me was covered in mold. Not apparent on the outside but i have pictures and clear as day that it was mold growth on the entire comforter

The facility and room were good. The restaurant food was ok, but service was absolutely horrible. The bartender, cashier and server were great! Sadly they were all the same person. One man on the job they should have had 3 ppl for.. He was very overwhelmed though he handled it as well as a man could.

The actual hotel is gorgeous. The staff was very passive aggressive and dismissive. The shuttle to and from the airport was a very hard vehicle to get in and out of for people with disabilities. When we were checking out I called down to ask for the shuttle as instructed. I was rudely told that “you better hurry or you’ll get left. We actually ended up taking an uber to the airport. Frankly I exported more from a Marriott property. I would probably not book here again.
