"Staff was very friendly. We arrived later then planned. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred hardwood floors or luxury vinyl planks instead of carpeting around the bed area."
"It's about what you'd expect from a discount hotel. Staff had issues on check in, not sure if it was because I booked through Expedia or some sort of tech issue. Didn't even try the free breakfast; looked to either be all carb's or microwaved food. Room was good. There's no services on site as far as a restaurant or bar. If you are just looking for a quite place to sleep close to the highway this is it."
"Have stayed here every time we come to TN. This time we even got a room for son and daughter-in-law because it is always clean and my husband used to love the breakfast.
This time we were so disappointed. The deposit was a $100, the rooms were not as clean and one did not even have a shower curtain that we paid $230 for one night, and the breakfast is now just a continental."
