Located in the heart of the Shandon neighborhood, our open and elegant two bedroom house has all to offer for a relaxing stay in beautiful Columbia! This space is located near various restaurants, pubs, and parks as well as the University, 5 Points, Williams-Brice Stadium, downtown, and even the local Whole Foods! These locations are no more than a 10 minute drive. This space also houses a dedicated work station for those that must work, as well as a hot tub for your enjoyment and relaxation!
Our two bedroom two bathroom house is perfectly tailored to suit your stay here in Columbia! This spacious house welcomes all, and has plenty to offer for such a relaxing stay.
The master bedroom contains a king bed, and is adjacent to a private bathrooms that leads to a walk-in closet. Our second bedroom contains a queen size bed, and also has an adjacent bathroom.
Outside is a yard fit for your animal companions, as there is space for them to run and relax. In addition, the patio consists of a hot tub for your outside enjoyment along with a table and chairs for an outside meal.
The entire house has its own dedicated hi-speed WIFI network, and is accompanied by an office and a private work station. This office borders the kitchen, which will easily suit the needs of any vacation chef as it has an electric range, oven, and full size refrigerator. Did you see the counter space???
The property also has its own dedicated Level 2 EV Charger (220 Volts) for any electric vehicles. Please reach out if you have any questions about charging!
Guests have access to the entire property! This is a 2 bedroom space with access to both bedrooms, both bathrooms, living room, kitchen, office, backyard, and hot tub. This space is not accompanied by anyone living on site.

While we do provide access to the hot tub, there is no lifeguard on duty. Please, be safe and use at your own risk.
Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the property at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $100 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking OUTSIDE, but please clean up after yourself.
While we do provide access to the hot tub, there is no lifeguard on duty. Please, be safe and use at your own risk. Please do not use if you are intoxicated, and no glass bottles or containers around or in the hot tub.
Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the house at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking on the OUTSIDE patio, but please clean up after yourself.
There is an additional fee of $100 per person for any extra guests staying the night other than the parties listed on the reservation. The same fee of $100 applies to any keys that are missing upon the time of checkout.
Items Left Behind/Returns
We are not responsible for any items left behind. IF YOU LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE BEHIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP. We do not permit entry into the space after check out time (11 am). If any items are left behind, we can not guarantee that we will be able to return it to you. However, if any items are found we must charge a $30 handling fee plus postage and any other fees required to return items to you. Thank you.
We would like to inform you that a $100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your account. This pre-authorization is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our services and is not an immediate charge.
