"Room was clean, spacious and updated with a large walk in shower. In room microwave and fridge Good location with nearby food options, and minutes to hot springs and tram Minimal continental breakfast but a served in a comfortable, large space. Overall a good value for a short stay"

"Rooms in need of updating, stains on linens, the door was missing the latch plate. You can tell there hasnt been maintenance done in a long time. Jets not working in hottub. The hotel seems as though it has been neglected by maintenance "

"The restaurant, game room and spa were all when we came, even though these were the amenities advertised on hotels.com and the reason we chose to stay here when we had some car issues on a roadtrip. We were very disappointed! Also, no soap in the bathroom, but the empty box from the previous guest was still in the shower. Thankfully, there is a mechanic shop across the parking lot and the hotel gave us a late check out while we are waiting to have the brakes checked on my car. The staff were super nice and helpful with good restaurant recommendations in the area, you just have to to the front desk for help because they don’t answer the phone if you call from the room. "
