The space
A little about our house.

Our house is located in the Stratmoor Hills subdivision in Colorado Springs. The house has been newly remodeled and boasts amenities unique to most standard homes.

The front driveway has a covered two car carport to protect your cars from the elements during your stay. The lighted carport is a bonus when the sun sets. The open floor plan unites the common areas in one large space ideal for socializing and entertaining.

The house is a ranch style with the master suite on the main level and three large bedrooms on the lower level. Every bedroom in the house has a smart tv so you can watch your favorite show in private.

In the living room, the large sliding door opens up to the fully covered deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with a VP Mountain View or relax in the evening with the patio heaters or watch the game on the deck tv. There is a built in kitchen that boasts a 36” griddle. Cook every meal on the deck from pancakes and eggs in the morning to steaks and burgers in the evening. Enjoy eating meals on the deck with the outdoor dinning area. You can be sure to relax in the large five person hot tub conveniently located next to the deck. There is a pergola with caffe lights and a gas fire pit perfect for hanging out with a large group. Enjoy our Colorado sun while hanging out by the pool (opened seasonally). Pool open dates,
Memorial Day-mid October. The pool is heated.

There is a small lake only minutes from the house, Quail lake, where you can kayak or paddle board. Swimming in the lake is not permitted.

The house is located a mile away from the World Arena, 10 minutes from down town Colorado Springs, 10 minutes from the Broadmoor. Easy access to I-25, only five minutes, can quickly get you to most of our local attractions and mountain pass.

Beautiful property!

Overall, the property and grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained, just as the photos show! The house is set up with everything you need, and it’s so clean. The only thing we wished was different about the house was to have more than one bedroom on the first floor, as we travelled with three young children and they wish we were all on the same floor. The location is the only negative thing about this property. We didn’t have any issues, but was expecting a better neighborhood.
