Great floorplan and location for a family!

We all really enjoyed our week long stay here. Loved the split levels where kids could hang out in the basement with their own powder bath and adults could have main level to unwind after busy days. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of room to cook and come together for meals. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to take walls at night. You're close to shopping and restaurants and not far from the hospital in case of an emergency. Everything was provided that we needed and made our stay feel like a home. Would definitely come back again!

Better looking than listing

I was surprised to see the home looked better than the pictures online so we were happy with the updates. The fan in the guest room should be fixed or replaced though as it shakes really bad. Overall, we would stay there again if we came back.

Nice newer place, very well stocked.

Great clean place. Loved that it was non-smoking and no pets. Plenty of kitchen items if you are wanting to cook. It was pretty far North and East of where we ended up going most days. Ice maker was not working but there were a good number of ice trays. Very comfortable for our group (3 adults and 1 teen).

We absolutely enjoyed this property for our trip away from the swamp! Gorgeous view of the mountains! Super clean, spacious, and the owners were super responsive! Highly recommend!

This house was very clean and decorated nicely. AC is nice and cold. Beds were comfortable. Two living rooms and 2.5 bathrooms worked out great. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Family vacation

We were traveling with grandparents and kids and this house was absolutely perfect. It has everything you would need and the kitchen was well stocked. There were a lot of fun restaurants and so much to see close to the rental. We will definitely stay here again if we were coming out to visit Colorado Springs!

Absolutely AMAZING

This property was absolutely PERFECT!!!! Nice and clean, stocked with everything we needed including a high chair and baby gate. Extremely nice and quiet neighborhood. This really was the perfect house for our vacation.

Lovely neighborhood and comfortable home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is well equipped for little ones as well which was great! We flew in with our 1.5 year old and were pleasantly surprised by the pack n play, high chair, baby gate and kids toys. The home was clean and we definitely made use of the heat on the snow days! Bruce even sent someone over to clear the snow from the driveway which was music to these Floridian's ears. Would definitely stay here again when we visit our Colorado relatives!

Christmas in Colorado Springs

This VRBO provides a clean and nicely appointed oasis to spend a relaxing week in the Colorado Springs area. The property had all the comforts of home and was very conveniently located to the COS attractions and interstate. I would choose this property in the future should a VRBO need in COS present itself.

First vrbo stay, would stay again!

This was our first time doing a VRBO rather than a hotel, and it was a great experience. The home was in a great location, safe neighborhood, and was taken care of. I am very picky about cleanliness when we travel, and this home was very clean. The only area that could probably use a little attention would be some spots on the carpet in the high traffic areas of the home. The dishwasher leaked during our stay, but I let Bruce know and am sure he will take care of it before the next guests arrive. He responded very quickly to us whenever we had questions. We were comfortable here and would pick this home again if we visit the Colorado Springs area!

Description was accurate for the most part.

House was as described. Small concerns for instance, the master bathroom tub did drain appropriately, back yard wasn't mowed, and a little dusty in some areas. Overall for what we needed it worked out fine.

This was a good place for grandma & grandad to stay along with 2 adult children & their spouses to visit with granddaughter and SO who live here. Surprise was another grandchild and SO showed up and we had room for them on couches. Residential quiet neighborhood.

Homey Atmosphere

We had an amazing time in Colorado Spring. Coming back to this comfortable house each evening was just as amazing. The decor of the house was beautiful. The home is roomy and very easy to relax in whether you are watching TV or sitting out back taking in the mountains across the way. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. The house was centrally located to anything we needed to do. We highly recommend this property.
