The condo houses three meticulously furnished bedrooms with private work from homes spaces. Also includes laundry, a gas fireplace, and kitchen.

We have two outdoor cameras: one at the front gate and one mounted above the outside porch. To respect privacy, footage is only reviewed if there is a security related incident
PET FEE: $150 - Maximum of 2 Pets
PETS: For the safety of pets and our space, animals may not be left alone. Please include all pets in your reservation—the pet fee covers deep cleaning for allergy-sensitive guests. We welcome service animals per ADA guidelines at no charge; please just let us know in advance! ESAs are not service animals and must be included in the reservation.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the garage. You may smoke outside—please dispose of butts properly and avoid smoking near open windows or doors.
PARKING: A maximum of two cars per reservation to respect our neighbors. Additional vehicles, large trailers, and RVs may be parked at a nearby park.
QUIET HOURS: 9pm to 7am. Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood.
NO PARTIES: Parties are not allowed, but a few visiting friends or family are usually fine—just give us a heads-up!
CHECK IN is between 4PM and 10PM
CHECK OUT is at 10AM
GUEST LOCATION: We do not permit stays over 30 days from people whose home address is within 100 miles of the reservation.
