Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Spring Break 2025

This is our 2nd visit to Colorado Springs, wanted to return for my 65th bday! The house was very convenient to many attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, restaurants and shopping! We were very comfortable was perfect for the 6 of us! Loved the fireplace and couches so comfy! We enjoyed the big dining table for our meals! I will defintely like to return in the future! Highly recommend this home and the host was amazing! Easy communication!

We had a girls trip and loved being walking distance to all the restaurants and shops as well as a short drive to all the attractions. The condo itself was perfect for our group and very well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book again!
